Most Popular Question: How do I add the logo to my website?
Answer: Simply copy and paste the HTML code you get after creating the logo and add this to your website. Then add the logo .swf file you should have downloaded after creating your intro to your website. This is the actual logo file. Make sure you upload / publish / add it to your website where you added the html code.
2. Are these logos really free?
Answer: Yes! You can create free logos here. We always enjoy free stuff, so we though you might too!
3. Can I sell the logos I create?
Answer: Yes! We have no restrictions on the uses of our logo designs. You can sell them or use them for your own personal use. Want to create logos to sell from your desktop? Checkout our logo builder software LogoWizard.
4. Does your software work on Windows or a Mac?
Answer: Our software works on Windows XP, Vista, or any version of Windows. You can get our software to work on a Mac if you use Apple Bootcamp or Parallel Desktop software on your Mac to run Windows.
5. I purchased your logo builder, when will I get my software download information?
Answer: You should have gotten your download information right after ordering. If you didn't get to the confirmation page of your order, contact us or our order provider company 2Checkout.com and ask for the download details for your order. The more information you provide (like your name, e-mail, or addressed used with the order) the faster we can get your download information to you. We can find your order just by your name or e-mail.
6. I lost my software due to a crash, can I download it again?
Answer: Yes! Contact us to download your software again.
7. Does your software create JPEG logos or animated Flash logos?
Answer: Currently our software creates only animated Flash Logos, JPEG logos are a feature we're planning to have soon.
8. How can I get your software for free?
Answer: You can order our software for free through our partner TrialPay. Check it out!
9. Do I have to leave a link to your website?
Answer: Not at all! But we would definitely appreciate it!
10. Why should I buy your logo builder when you give away free logos too?
